The conversion will be complete on Monday, June 3. Along the way, these services will be offline at different times:
Debit Card access will also be limited those days.
We apologize for the inconvenience, but please make other arrangements for payments you need to make during that period.
We also regret that we cannot transfer your Bill Pay information to the new processing system. To help you re-enter that information in the new system, we recommend that you make a list of your Bill Pay vendors and account numbers no later than May 15.

When the conversion is complete, we will put $5.00 in your TCU account as a “Thank you!”* If you don’t yet use Online Bill Pay, get a $5.00 reward the first time you make a payment with it after June 3.
We understand that this will be a long stretch without Mobile Deposit, so to help bridge the gap we will send you postage paid envelopes at no charge. Use them to mail in your deposits during May. Call us at 503-251-2390 to obtain the envelopes you need.
